Warranty
CineMassive Displays carry a limited three-year parts-and-labor warranty that includes the display and mounting components. The 3 Year Warranty includes phone, 30 day zero dead pixel policy, and advanced replacement service. The 30 day zero dead pixel policy and advanced replacement service do not apply to the analog-only models, such as the 17A series.
All sales of CineMassive Displays are final and non-refundable.
All CinePort systems are backed by a one-year limited, non-transferable warranty covering parts and labor of repairs for 12 months after date of purchase. All CinePort sales are final and non-refundable.
Warranty service requires the customer to pay for shipping and insurance to return products for warranty service. Under warranty terms, CineMassive Displays pays for return shipping and insurance to customer using ground freight.
Compatibility Guarantee
We are the only supplier of multi screen displays that guarantee 100% compatibility with your existing computer system or your money back. If you pass our free compatibility check and our displays still do not work on your system, we will give you a full refund.
In order to be eligible for the compatibility guarantee, you must request an e-mail confirmation of compatibility between the selected multi-monitor array and the system to which the array will be connected. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you by a CineMassive Displays representative. Once the confirmation is received, keep a copy of it in case you have compatibility problems.
Any compatibility issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery of the CineMassive Displays array. A CineMassive Displays representative will work with you to resolve the issue, but if the representative concludes that the issue cannot be resolved you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The array must be shipped along with all cables, accessories, etc. within seven days of the issuance of the RMA and must arrive without any damage, scratches, or signs of wear.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, check, money orders, and wire transfers. Net terms are available with a credit application and our approval. Unless other arrangements have been made with CineMassive Displays prior to the placement of an order, orders do not ship until payment has fully cleared.
International Orders
We accept international orders. The three-year warranty still applies to international orders for all displays, but not the 30 day zero dead pixel policy or advanced replacement service.The one year warranty for the CinePort also applies to international orders. All payment of import taxes and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Domestic shipping service is provided by DHL, FedEx or UPS. We use standard ground shipping, but customers may select an expedited service. To request a rate, simply contact CineMassive Displays and provide the destination city, shipping service requested, and the array(s) you are interested in having shipped. All CineMassive Displays products ship from Atlanta, Georgia 30307. All quotes include our shipping costs plus the cost of insurance.
Most orders ship within one week from the time that payment is cleared. Large orders may take more than one week. If a display is needed for immediate shipment, please contact us and we will attempt to expedite the order process.
The same terms apply to international shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to examine packages on delivery
by the courier and to refuse shipment if any box arrives with
obvious damage. Failure to do so greatly complicates and weakens
our recourse with the courier for insurance damage claims, and
thus delays our remedy to the customer in the case of shipping
damage.
